Happy 11th Birthday to my sweet Allie!  Can't believe you're on your way to middle school!  You bring so much joy and laughter into our lives every day!  Can't wait to see the plans God has in store for you!  It's fun watching you grow up.

Allie recently took a master class from a Radio City Rockette!  That's her in the center (dressed in all black).  This was a great chance for the girls to learn a simple routine and ask questions about life as a Rockette.

Allie auditioned for Company this year and made it.  Way to go!  Her instructor/studio owner is also pictured above and is absolutely fabulous!  Both of my girls will be in the Company and will be performing frequently throughout the year.  We are definitely gearing up for that!

We will be spending 3 days a week at the studio!  Our schedule is going to be crazy!

S'mores Popcorn

Oh my!  This is so delicious!  My kids love to make and eat s'mores.  So, when I came across this recipe, I knew we had to try it...and it did not disappoint!

Ingredients:

1/2 box of Golden Graham cereal

1/2 bag of miniature marshmallows

1 & 1/2 bags of Tender White Orville Redenbacher popcorn

1 bag of chocolate chips-melted

Directions:

Pop the popcorn.

Blend the cereal, popcorn & marshmallows in a bowl.  

Melt chocolate in microwavable bowl.

Spread the dry mixture on a large baking sheet.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the mixture.

Wait for the chocolate to get firm and enjoy!

This was the perfect treat for our movie night!

Happy 2nd Birthday, Max!

My baby boy turned 2!  Because he adores animals, it only made sense to throw him an animal themed party.  With a house full of people, he enjoyed every minute of it!

Allie received the Presidential Award for Academic Achievement today at her 5th grade awards ceremony/graduation.  She had all A's throughout her entire elementary career!!!  She works very hard and I'm so proud of her accomplishments!
