For the last 6 weeks, Allie has been taking a Drama Class at Theatre on Main. Thursday night, they had their end-of-the-class performance. It was very cute! They performed several short skits filled with lots of singing and dancing. You would never catch me on a stage...not sure where she gets this talent from...maybe Mark...LOL!
They all did a great job singing...
I love it when the students make their own props...very original.
During this little skit, they played off each other's words...very funny!
We enjoyed the evening so much! Thanks for entertaining us, Allie! You did a fabulous job!!!

Neighborhood Bunco...50's Style
I belong to two Bunco groups...twice the fun every month! My neighborhood group got together this week to play and celebrate a birthday! The birthday girl turned 50 (she looks amazing by the way)... and to celebrate, everyone dressed up in their 50's attire. It was a fun evening complete with a 50's diner themed dinner! Too Cute!
The birthday girl is on the left. This was a surprise for her...she had no idea!!!
Two very sweet friends of mine who live down the street...the one on the left is supposed to be Sandy from Grease...so adorable! My friend on the right looked hysterical...loved the pink beehive!
This was our hostess for the evening. She did a spectacular job with the menu and decor!

Outtakes of My Silly Girls
Okay, after Blogger only allowed me to upload ONE video yesterday, I went with Cheryl's suggestion to use GodTube. It worked much better...thank you! Here are a couple of silly videos of the girls trying to tell y'all what they're going to be for Halloween! They're a bit repetitive...I've gone a little bit crazy!
Just in case you couldn't make that out, Emma said SHE was going to be a Go Go Girl...that's what Allie is going to be...
These two make me laugh every single day!!!!
My Pumpkin Princess...
Hooray!!! Obviously, I was able to finally upload this little video! Thanks for your helpful comments...I tried it again today...and it worked! Here's Emma talking about what she's going to be for Halloween:

New Church & Mary Mac's
Today, we went to the very first worship service of a brand new church and absolutely LOVED it! I am so excited!!! We've been really feeling the need to find a new and more uplifting place of worship that really speaks to our hearts...and I believe we have found it! It's full of young adults and families with young children and we really connected with the message. Right now, it only meets once a month while it's still in the organizing stage. The grand opening will be in March. My cousin, Jennifer, (who told me about it) joined us and we had a really special afternoon together! Afterwards, we went to Mary Mac's Tea Room for lunch and had some AMAZING food and the BEST sweet tea I have every had in my life!
This just might be my favorite restaurant! If you haven't been here, you must go and try it out! You will be hooked!

Phi Mu Days
Those of you that are on Facebook have already seen these old pictures. A lot of people have been putting up old photos and I've been feeling a little nostalgic! I just couldn't resist posting them on the blog. They are too funny!
These are my sorority sisters! This was taken on Bid Day 1993!!!!
Check out the clothes and big hair! Our jerseys were even ugly! I had so much fun in college and couldn't imagine what it would have been like to not be a part of Phi Mu. I was ritual chair, secretary and president during those 4 years. I even mangaged to snag a husband while socializing it up...he's a Pi Kappa Phi. Between my sorority and his fraternity, there was never a dull moment...trust me! It's so much fun looking at these old pictures and remembering those fun times. I believe that's where my love of pink started...ha! Those were the days...
This was Bid Day 1994!!! Look at these dresses...LOL!
