Fun at the Park

Mark took the girls to the park last Sunday...the weather was so pretty! Before they left, Allie came downstairs wearing her new silver flats and carrying a black, sequined purse. When I told her she didn't need all that to play at the park she told me "face it mom, I'm getting older"...WHAT?! Needless to say, she left the purse at home and put on her nikes.

Emma is my 2 year old social butterfly. While playing on the playground, she met another little girl and said "Hey girl, what's your name?". When the little girl responded "Mary", Emma said "That's a lovely name"...how funny! I wish I could have seen that in person!
These kids crack me up! I never know what they're going to say. I wish they would stay little forever!
