Family Beach Trip

We're back and had such a great time at the beach! It was so nice to get away and relax...a little! Allie loved playing in the ocean and Emma said it was "too wet" and "too hot"...she preferred the sand! We spent our evenings going to the local ice cream shop, watching the girls dance on the upstairs screened-in porch and watching movies. We even managed to visit a marine park and several historic towns in the area...I'll blog about that later!Our condo was located directly to the right of this pier.This was taken on the deck of the condo...the girls loved playing in the outdoor shower. It was really nice being so close to the ocean!It was so windy that day...especially on top of the pier!Emma spent all of her time playing in the sand. Every time we went close to the water, she would turn and run back to where we were sitting.Allie said shopping was her favorite part of the vacation...imagine that!We built a lot of sandcastles...Emma kept knocking them all down!The girls loved dressing up and playing on the beach!They love being silly...Maybe one day those teeth will come in!She loves smiling for the camera...Finally got Emma to look at the camera...Having fun with Dad...
